Are all your items in stock?
All our products, which have “In Stock” notification should be in stock and ready for dispatch. If we receive an order and then discover that the item is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm your options on how to proceed.
All our products, which have “Preorder” notification are not in our stock at this moment, however we will order this item for you. You can contact us for the delivery time before placing an order.
I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website, can you help me?
Yes, not all our ex-stock products are visible in our website, so contact us with your requirements and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with a price and availability.
Delivery
What is the cost of delivery?
All UAE delivery charge of AED 45.00 is applicable for all orders under AED 2000.
All UAE orders above AED 2000 will be delivered free of charge.
All orders with a delivery location outside UAE will be covered by the customer. We are ready to support choosing the best way of transport.
How fast I will get the material which I ordered?
Once you receive confirmation email that material in stock we will deliver material in 1-2 days for Dubai location, and 2-4 days for other Emirates.
What time I can expect delivery?
Our delivery time is between 8AM till 6PM, however the courier will contact you before delivery material to confirm location and delivery time.
I need material urgently. Can I collect it from your warehouse directly?
Yes sure, you can choose the option “Click & Collect” during making an order to collect material from our stock. Once you place the order, please give us a call so we can inform our warehouse about collection and guide you to the address of collection.
