Payments options and billing terms
All orders will be billed under Lorch RHC Middle East Workshop Equipment Machinery Trading L.L.C. name with UAE valid Trade License.
Below payments options are available on our website:
- Card payment option (Visa, Master Card)
- Tabby option (Shop now, Pay later with 4 interest-free payment). For more information about Tabby option and conditions please visit www.tabby.ai
- Wire transfer. Please choose option wire transfer and after the purchase is made, we will send you a confirmation email with bank account details. Only after money will be credited on our account material will be delivered to your place.
VAT regulation
As our company is under UAE VAT regulations, for all orders across UAE VAT 5% will be automatically applicable.
Regular customer discount and special terms
For all our regular customer we can provide additional discount for order more than AED 5000. Please contact us if you would like to get more information about discounted process.
Orders outside UAE
For all orders outside UAE all delivery charges will be on the customer side. You can contact us to check shipping costs or arrange transport from your side.
We are not responsible for any Customs, Duties and Taxes applied to your order.
