UAE shipping time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped during weekdays only, excluding weekends or holidays. If we are expecting a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

All orders within Dubai zone will be delivered within 2-4 days and for other Emirates like Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Quwain and Ajman delivery can take till 5 working days. 

After order will be placed you will receive an email with all the details about delivery time and processing.

UAE shipping cost 

For all orders under AED 2000 a delivery charge of AED 45.00 will be applied. For all orders above AED 2000 delivery is free of cost.

UAE Delivery to Free zone areas

Delivery to areas that are under UAE customs regulations including Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Airport Free Zone, SAIF Zone and so on, can be made only after additional legal and customs regulation will be met. All fees connected to delivery to free zone areas are to be paid by the customer. After order will be made and the address of the delivery location informs us about free zone areas, our office will contact you to agreed delivery conditions. 

Delivery Options

Our delivery across UAE will be made by a company driver or any third-party courier chosen by us.

In case any urgent requirements there is a possibility to collect material from our Dubai warehouse directly. Please mark below during making an order on our website:

Click & Collect

For Click & Collect we need a minimum of 4 hours to prepare the order. Our warehouse operating hours are from 8AM till 4PM (Mon – Fri), so only orders placed before 12PM have the possibility to be collected the same working day. 

After placing the order and choosing the option Click & Collect, please immediately contact us on mobile 00971 056 410 65 28 (Call or WhatsApp) or email estore@rme-me.ae, so we can guide you about address for collection. 

Material not available in our stock 

We will do our best to deliver your order without delay. However due to the huge demand for orders it can happen a product may be unavailable after processing your order. In this case we will immediately contact you and inform about delivery time, additional provide you an option to consider selecting an alternative product or opting for a refund to your credit/debit card in case we be unable to determinate when the product you want may be back in stock. Please note it may take up to 15 days for a refund to be credited back to your card depending on your bank.

Cancellation 

Cancellation is applicable if an order is cancelled within 24 hours or before the dispatch of goods, whichever is earlier. After the confirmation of cancellation of order, we will send you an email the email and will process the request for a refund which will take up to 15 working days depending on your Bank’s Policy.
